5 Day BPI Building Analyst Training

$1500 per student

In Lightly Treading's BPI Building Analyst class you will be provided with industry leading online curriculum one month before the class starts, allowing you to begin to digest the complex material in a time frame that works for you. This introduction to the material will allow us to spend more time in the classroom looking at the concepts in greater detail. In this way you will be gaining a comprehensive understanding rather than a basic overview. We allow you to schedule exams on your own schedule so if you need some more time to study you can take it or if you want to take the exam right away you can choose to do so as well.

Lightly Treading is a Denver based company so we are available to you for ongoing mentoring or continuing education.

Lightly Treading is partnering with the Rocky Mountain Education center of Red Rocks Community College to offer the BPI Training. Classes will be held at the college campus:

Course Description

The Building Analyst class is designed to prepare students for the BPI written exam. The classroom focuses on the principals of building science and how they apply to successful analysis of buildings and homes. Field instruction will focus on the techniques necessary to provide a thorough analysis that targets the occupant’s problem areas.

There will be a required half day orientation approximately one month before the class starts. At this time you will be introduced to basic class expectations and provided access to online course material to begin working through the in depth material. In the 5 day class approximately 60% of the time will be spent in the classroom, and 40% in the field.

*Field Training included but individual practice and mentoring HIGHLY recommended for successful field exam- extra cost associated.

 

Recommended Additions:

*4 hour mentoring sessions (max of 3 students) -  $500 per session

Classes will only be held if a minimum number of class seat are filled. If capacity requirements not met student will be asked to switch to next training or will receive a refund of fees.
