Energy Audit

Our Energy Audit is comparable to a basic physical, only for your home. We look for key problem areas then provide you a report that acts as a prescription for improvement of the overall health of your home. Testing includes:

A Blower door test to find areas of air leakage
Visual and probing based inspections of insulation levels throughout the home
Inspection of the window and door quality
Basic inspection of your heating and cooling systems

We recommend pairing the Energy Audit with an Infrared Thermal Imaging to get the most information possible about your home and what you can do to make it work for you!

Upon completion of the audit you will be provided an audit report which includes:

A list of what we found in your home and the areas where you should make improvements
Estimated savings and payback information
A list of Contractors to make the improvements to your home
