Our Energy Audit plus Computer Modeling will provide you all the services of an Energy Audit with the added benefit of computer modeling that can calculate for you how much you can reduce your utility bills and your carbon dioxide emissions. This service will provide for you answers to all the following questions:

How much money will I save?
How many fewer Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions will my home be responsible for releasing by making improvements?
What size of heating or cooling system will deliver optimum comfort and energy efficiency for my home?
Can I qualify for an Energy Efficient or “Eco” Mortgage?

We will:

Inspect, test and analyze your home;
Examine utility bills to provide you an understanding of where your home’s energy efficiency can be improved;
Perform computer modeling – using HERS (Home Energy Rating Service) certified Energy Rating software (required for Eco-Mortgages), which provides specific knowledge about how much your home’s utility bills can be reduced as well as your net-reduction in CO2 emissions by enhancing the performance of your home.

With this service you will receive the following:

A copy of our “Homeowner’s Guide to Energy Efficiency” summarizing the areas needing improvement and what those improvements need to be
A HERS rating certificate showing estimated utility bill savings, estimated sizing of your home’s heating/cooling equipment and emissions data for your home
Our list of Contractors to make the improvements to your home
Information on the other services we provide –including Post-Improvement inspections to verify you’ve received the best improvements possible and Construction Management & General Contracting services we offer to give you a “one-stop-shop” opportunity to make the improvements as easy as possible for you and your family.
